Octoboard E-commerce Suite is an optional data add-on for Stripe accounts and WooCommerce stores. It allows Octoboard clients to receive real-time data and events from e-commerce systems and display sales data, product and customer analytics in dashboards, automated reports, client portals. In addition, the E-commerce Suite offers automated AI insights and data connectors for Google Data Studio.

E-commerce Suite dashboards can be located in the left panel.
If the E-commerce Suite option is not visible or if you are not using E-commerce Suite and would like to hide its features, use the Settings > Add-Ons panel to modify E-commerce Suite visibility settings:
Currently, E-commerce Suite works with Stripe and WooCommerce integrations. You can use the standard Stripe and WooCommerce connections that are part of the Octoboard Core products (Octoboard for Business and Octoboard for Agencies). To connect to the standard analytics APIs, use "Add Template" or "Add Widget" options as shown below:
Using standard APIs above does not require E-commerce Suite features. With E-commerce Suite, when you connect to Stripe or WooCommerce, Octoboard starts downloading (synchronising) transaction data from online stores. Ecommerce-Suite will build analytics data cubes and real-time event handlers to make sure you see changes as soon as they occur. Octoboard will continue updating internal datasets by synchronising data with WooCommerce and Stripe.
Connecting Stripe and WooCommerce to E-commerce Suite is very easy. Open any of the E-commerce dashboards and use "Add Store" option at the top as shown here:
Alternatively, go to "Left Panel > E-commerce Suite > Connections" and add new Stripe or WooCommerce connection.
As you add a new store, you will follow simple steps to connect each account:
Once you have connected your stores, Octoboard will start retrieving and synchronising your account data. You will see messages in the interface that will inform you of the ongoing synchronisation process. During the synchronisation, the ecommerce data may still be displayed, but it will be incomplete until the synchronisation process finishes.
The same "E-commerce Suite > Connections" interface can be used to disconnect (remove) Stripe and WooCommerce stores from E-commerce analytics. To remove a connection, move your mouse over "E-commerce Suite" button and select the "DELETE" option.
Once you have configured the connection, you can always check its status by visiting "E-commerce Suite > Data Monitoring" option on the left.
In any E-commerce Suite dashboard or report, you can change the presentation currency and the selection of stores. You can change these settings for the whole dashboard (report), as well as for individual widgets. The following image shows where to find these configuration options:
After you have modified ecommerce settings (currency, store selection and others), you can choose to apply the new configuration to all E-commerce Suite dashboards and reports. Use the following check box to achieve that:
Once you have configured the data displays, you can then share your data in client portals, as reports or embedded dashboards, as well as generate automated AI data insights that can be received in Slack or by email.

E-commerce Suite is priced based on the total number of paid orders in all connected WooCommerce stores and Stripe accounts in the last 30 days. If the number is higher than what is allowed in your subscription, you can either disconnect a store or upgrade your subscription.
