Instagram Social Media template for building automated report. This template is similar to the one used for building dashboards. Widgets are arranged to ensure best layout for printed matter as opposed to display on a monitor or online.
The template is designed to be used by Marketing Agencies and internal Marketing team for sharing with internal teams or for created scheduled automated client reports. It contains Instagram feeds and engagement metrics for each post as well as an overview of user activity metrics. This template can be used as White Label. You can upload your logo or logos of your clients and remove references to Octoboard. To do so, go to CLIENTS or TEAMS (left menu) and select "WHITE LABEL" tab.
When using this template it is important to realize that Instagram does not report some of the Engagement metrics historically. To work around this limitation, Octoboard analyses user engagement actions for every post (last 200 posts used) and builds trends over time. When you first load this template in a report or dashboard, data will be shown for the last day, plus Instagram posts (latest and top). As you continue using Octoboard, more data will be added and the report will show more metrics and trends over time. Octoboard will allow you to compare current values to that for the previous period - day, week, month or custom period.
