This Instagram Engagement report is used by marketing agencies and marketing departments of startups and SMEs to display user actions over time and to measure audience engagement with your Instagram account. User actions such as likes, clicks and shares are analyzed for each post and displayed in graphs and tables. All information is updated automatically.
For marketing agencies, this report can be useful in Office TV displays, for building of white label client portals and for generating automated clients reports and AI insights that are shared via email and Slack.
This integration works with Instagram for Business accounts only. It supersedes older Instagram API that is no longer supported by Facebook. Previous version of the Instagram integration is not available since June 29th, 2020. In order to use this integration, you will need to have an Instagram for Business account associated with a Facebook login.

Engagement Rate is a metric that is used heavily in analyzing social media. Because the engagement rate is calculated relative to the number of followers a company has on social media (or number of views), the rate for both small and large companies can be compared equally.
Engagement Rate = (Comments + Likes) / Followers.

This metric shows new posts created in the configured time period. You can change this view and display "cumulative" or "rolling total" number of posts create in the period by clicking on the "Cog" icon in the Top-Right corner of the widget and changing calculation method from "Difference" to "Rolling Totals".
