VKontakte (ou, tout simplement, VK) est le plus grand réseau social et service de réseau social en ligne européen. En janvier 2017, VK détenait au moins 410 millions de comptes.

Sur VK, nous pouvons suivre les métriques pour PROFILES et COMMUNAUTÉS.

PROFILES sur VK sont très similaires aux profils de Facebook. Un profil peut avoir Amis (personnes que vous avez acceptées comme amis) et Visiteurs (personnes qui ne sont pas vos amis mais qui suivent votre profil).

COMMUNAUTÉS peuvent être de types suivants:

  • Groupe - Convient pour les discussions et l'échange d'idées
  • Page publique - Parfait pour distribuer des actualités et des informations
  • Événement - Pratique pour l'organisation de concerts et de fêtes

Communautés peuvent avoir Membres (personnes qui postulent et adhèrent à un groupe) et Visiteurs (personnes qui visitent et lisent occasionnellement le contenu du groupe).

Nous recommandons de diviser vos métriques VKontakte (VK) dans les domaines suivants:

  • La popularité du compte en ligne et les commentaires des utilisateurs
  • Aperçus de l'auditoire - âge, genre, lieu
  • La portée de contenu VK
  • Métriques d'engagement de l'utilisateur
  • Surveillance de la concurrence

It is important to know when your audience reads and reacts to your content. Engage with your readers when you have their attention. We use Engagement to rank your VKontakte content. Latest Posts widget sorts posts by time of creation. Most recent posts are at the top.

Post Engagement is calculated using the sum of weighted user actions. We applied different weightings to actions. Because comments, for example, are more valuable than Likes.

Post Engagement = (Likes x 1 + Reposts x 10 + Comments x 20)

We graph over time your community Reach and subscription.

Reach is the number of people who received impressions of a post. Reach might be less than impressions since one person can see multiple impressions. For example, if a person sees a Page update in News Feed and then sees that same update when a friend shares it that would represent a reach count of one.
Conseils
Watch out for your Reach and keep an eye on Subs and Unsubs. If community Reach goes up but number of Unsubs increases, it means you are showing your content to more people, but your current subscribers are leaving you. Identify these moment, find content that causes Unsubs and work on its Relevance.

REACH is a great metric. It tells you how many people are shown (reached by) your content (or ads). Use REACH to evaluate and fine-tune definitions of your ad campaigns. It is useful correlated your REACH with user ACTIONS (such as clicks). If your content REACH grows but ACTION RATE declines this could be an indication of low content relevance or quality.

Description
Community growth rate is the rate of subscribers growth relative to the total size of your community.

Daily Growth Rate = New Subscribers Per Day / Total Number of Subscribers
Conseils
If you are only starting with VK, your initial community size will be small and it will be practically multiplying initially. Expect Growth Rate to be very high.

Once your community "matures", the increase of subscribers relevant to community size will be less pronounced - this is normal.

This metric is more useful for older communities. Once you reach that stage, keep an eye on Growth rate, make sure it stays constant. If it drops, it means something is wrong. Check Relevance of your content. The best way to view it is to analyze your Audience - age, gender, location. Platform provide these metrics too.
