Twitter engagement metrics include likes, shares and mentions. As Twitter does not report historical data for those KPIs, Octoboard calculates them by analysing previous 200 tweets. Over time data will be accumulated by our platform and you will start seeing trends. The longer you have Octoboard connected to your Twitter account, the more data you will have available for display on your online or office TV dashboards.

Make sure your dashboards are refreshed frequently. Free accounts do not update dashboard data more than once per day. For real-time dashboards, switch to a premium account.

Have this widget on your Social Networks real-time dashboard. This will allow you to view in real-time your Twitter performance without the need to log into Twitter.
