Instagram reporting integration allows clients to monitor performance of Instagram accounts - user engagement, content performance - as well as monitor competition. By connecting to your Facebook account you will get access to new Instagram API.

Track your Instagram account, engagement metrics and hashtag performance.

Monitor all of your Instagram analytics metrics for individual posts and hashtags. Measure user engagement rates, identify most successful content or hashtags and use the insights to maintain high level of popularity and engagement.

For marketing agencies, these dashboard and reporting templates can be useful for Office TV displays, for building of white label client portals and for generated automated clients reports and AI insights that are shared via email and Slack.

This integration works with Instagram for Business accounts only. It supercedes older Instgram API that is no longer supported by Facebook. Previous version of the Instagram integration is not available since June 29th, 2020. In order to use this integration, you will need to have an Instagram for Business account associated with a Facebook login.

Engagement Rate is a metric that is used heavily in analyzing social media. Because the engagement rate is calculated relative to the number of followers a company has on social media (or number of views), the rate for both small and large companies can be compared equally.

Engagement Rate = (Comments + Likes) / Followers.
