Freshdesk is a customer service and support ticket platform that allows you to receive, track and respond to inquiries and requests from customers. Enable this integration to see these metric groups in Octoboard:
Please your Freshdesk subdomain name (subdomain.freshdesk.com) and API Key. API Key can be found in top-right corner icon, under Profile Settings.
