Emails Sent, Opened and Clicked are tracked over time for you.

This metric gives you overall performance data either for 10 latest or for one selected campaign.

Campaign performance

Performance metrics for individual email campaigns.

Campaign performance metrics include sent, opened, clicked and bounced emails and unsubs for your individual email campaigns.

Campaign engagement rate

Email Open and Click rate relative to the total number of your sent emails.

Email Open Rate is the number of unique email opens relative to the total number of sent emails in your campaign.

Email Click Rate is the number of user click on email campaign links relative to the total number of sent emails in your campaign.

List engagement rate

Emails Opened and Clicked rates Octoboard tracks over time for you.

Reach

A total number of emails sent by your campaign.

Shows how many emails have been sent in the last 10 campaigns or one selected campaign.

Campaign emails open

A total number of open emails in your campaigns.

Shows how many emails have been open in the last 10 campaigns or one selected campaign.

Campaign emails clicked

A total number of email links clicked.

Shows how many email links have been clicked in the last 10 campaigns or one selected campaign.

Subscribers

A number of your subscribers which Octoboard tracks over time.

Displays a total number of contacts in all your lists or one selected list.

Bounces and unsubs

Bounce and unsubscribe rates Octoboard tracks over time for your recent campaigns.

Bounce Rate is the rate of bounced emails relative to the total number of sent emails in the campaign.

Unsubs Rate is the rate of email unsubs relative to the total number of sent emails in the campaign.

Shows how many emails bounced in the last 10 campaigns or one selected campaign.

    I agree and that’s why I constantly tried multiple platform to see who does well. So far mailchimp and activetrail do the job perfectly for me and they have awesome templates too. I am going to give this a try and see how it goes.

    • Thank you Sophia. We found most Email Marketing platforms offer the same data for business dashboard. Give Octoboard a go, add Mailchimp integration to it and see if you would want Mailchimp data as part of you business dashboard. It would be best to combine it with Social Media metrics.
